Refund Policy

Digital files are delivered instantly. Purchases are final. Support is human.

The short version

CodexSkills.ai sells downloadable digital products. Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If something feels off, email us. We are generally happy to help, clarify, resend access, or offer a courtesy coupon code for a future purchase when it makes sense.

Why purchases are final

Each pack is a ZIP folder of markdown files, examples, references, onboarding notes, and install-ready workflows. Once a download link is delivered, the files can be accessed, copied, edited, and reused.

That is why we do not offer buyer-remorse refunds, accidental-purchase refunds, unused-file refunds, or refunds after the files have been delivered.

What we will help with

If you run into a real delivery or access issue, contact us. We can help with:

  • Missing download emails.
  • Expired or exhausted download links.
  • Wrong email address issues when ownership can be verified.
  • Damaged ZIP files or broken downloads.
  • Questions about what was included in the product.

Courtesy coupon codes

We do not promise refunds. We may, at our discretion, offer a coupon code when a customer reaches out in good faith and the situation calls for it.

Coupon codes are not guaranteed. They are a support gesture, not a refund policy.

Chargebacks

If there is a problem, contact us first. We keep order records, product descriptions, delivery logs, and download-token records so we can resolve legitimate issues quickly.
